How I’m Dealing with Hypothyroidism

Let me start by saying, this is not medical advice! This is simply what I am doing with the guidance of my naturopathic doctor to get off of thyroid medication.

The reason I decided to get off of thyroid medication is because it stopped feeling good in my body. I feel like I can tell the difference between my body being healed and it relying on a synthetic because I’m very sensitive and tuned into my physical body. I’ve also learned lately about how pharmaceuticals can deplete our minerals, and a huge goal of mine is increasing my mineral storage.

I know there are so many people out there, especially women, who are hypothyroid so I wanted to share what I am doing to encourage you to get investigative and find what your body needs!
