Tips for GLOWING UP Your Relationship

After 3 years of marriage, here are some of my biggest tips for not only STAYING married, but glowing up your relationship!

1. Connection matters. That’s why dates are so important. They’re a time to set aside obligations, chores, etc to prioritize being together, talking, and connecting.

2. I think praying is super underrated! The divorce rate for couples who pray together is insanely low. Sharing a faith and practicing that together gives you a connection deeper than yourselves and is so beautiful.

3. Name calling, cussing, yelling, slamming doors etc are easy to do during a fight but can cause long term damage and fractured trust. Learn to have self

control to create a safe and nurturing space for your spouse. It’s ok to be angry and it’s ok to fight.. but you need to do it WELL.
