What Happened When I Removed my IUD

I hear so many horror stories of womens’ bodies freaking out when they go off of hormonal birth control. I want to level the playing field by sharing my story- which is the complete opposite!

What was different for me?

I made an effort to support my hormones during the process. I took chinese herbs, did seed cycling, cycle synced workouts, and made sure I was eating a clean diet. My lifestyle helped me have an amazing experience getting off of birth control. In fact, most of my health issues actually went away when I did it!
