Combine 2 cups fine almond flour & 1/2 cup maple syrup to make a shortbread crust. Press into baking pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Combine 1 cup cashew butter (or any nut butter) with 1/4 cup honey. Add nut butter mixture to baked and cooled crust. Freeze until rock hard. Cut into bars and coat in dark chocolate. Too with sea salt. Enjoy!
