The show is amazing, the costumes are gorgeous and Sabrina looks flawless. I got curious to know how she keeps her shape and stays grounded with her hectic schedule and here is what I found out:

Sabrina starts her day with a gratitude practice to set a positive tone, listing things she’s thankful for to stay centered and reduce stress. This simple habit is actually key in maintaining your well-being and setting a positive mindset for the day.

She incorporates workouts a few times a week, favoring Pilates and classes with friends to keep exercise fun and social. Her routine includes a combination of light weight training, cardio, and yoga stretches. She focuses on maintaining a strong core and lower body through circuits and exercises like squats, lunges, and planks.
