Exploring my creative side again with doodles and drawing. wanted to be an artist as a teenager. it's been years since I dabbled with any of my art supplies. Enjoying playing around with it all again.

🎉My #therapy homework is to focus on my wins to build my confidence. Every small accomplishment matters!!

Driving myself to the grocery store, putting my groceries away, and doing laundry was a HUGE win. Physically, I wasn't able to do any of that weeks ago. it's still a struggle mentally, but every day gets a little easier.

Did need a nap once I got home lol. but I deserved it💖
