🍒 can be expensive depending on your state but they’re so sweet and they will help with bowl movements

Papaya is not exactly fun to eat and the texture can be weird but the seeds are also a good way to feed your gut bacteria

🥭 I have a soft spot of mangos but they are not very filling unless you eat like 5 so it adds up quick

🍉 this is the most cost effective fruit cuz you get an entire melon. Make sure to get ones with seeds!

🥒 I have these pretty much everyday. I like the long English cucumbers cuz you can just slice up em up and crunch

🫐 I don’t like the taste but they’re the only food that is blue and I want to make sure I get those micronutrients

🫚 I make ginger or turmeric root juice for shots. Turmeric is the original plant so I’ve switched to that full time. It is less spicy than the ginger but holds a higher concentration.
