☆ how i tackle being away from family at young age

hello & hi guys,

it's sofea again here

i duduk asrama since umur i 13 tahun which is since form 1. balik pun sebulan sekali, sometimes 2 or 3 bulan sekali. being hundreds miles away from family at young age is not easy so this is how i do it

1. be around your clique

surround yourself dengan your besties will distract yourself from homesickness sebab later, kita banyak create funny and memorable memories with them

2. go out & enjoy

being away from your family give you opportunity to explore more especially if you are at different state. go mandi waterfall, hiking, makan bbq and stuff.

3. stay connect with them on the weekend

these days we are least busy. i limit myself from contacting my family because i risau my homesickness lagi teruk so i will only call them on weekends. by still, we texted on weekday

4. realise homesick is normal

siapa je tak homesick bila jauh dengan family kan? so, don't be shy to admit yang you homesick. validate your feeling
