Why I love having a Mamas Boy 💚

His love language is physical touch and there are moments throughout the day where he just wants a hug or to hold my hand.

Truthfully, sometimes it’s hard for me.

Physical touch is not my love language and I quickly get overstimulated by his need to be so close. But I know this season isn’t forever. And one day I will miss being the one that provides him comfort.

So I’m soaking it up. Today I’m choosing not to be frustrated that he won’t let anyone help him but me. I’m slowing down to meet his need for personal connection and holding him close.
