Mental health is really important because it affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make healthy choices.

So here are some tips to take care of your mental health that i usually do 💓

Go for a short trip/ vacay . It helps you to release stress and get to spend time with yourself more and to learn more about self love Next, Go for a jogging or walk . Running can helps to control your mood and stress! While looking at the nature 😍 you will definitely feel so relieved . Third, Beach theraphy! The beach and waves sounds does help you feel calm and appreciate everything arounds you. You will feel more better and calm. Other than that, Spend time with your friends helps you feel you’re not alone . Last but not least! reward yourself with someting you like, love and crave it helps to release dopamine in you brain and make you happy!
