Day 11 & 12 weight loss journey

Day 11 worked on my arms and back and realized I’m a kettlebell girlie, there are so many workouts I can do to help & target areas I want to improve and change. Can’t wait to see the changes.

Day 12 - I rested and went to love on my fiancé, we both been having rough week so after work I went his house and spent the day with him and love on him as well. I also used this as my cheat day; and what I ate had my stomach doing flips for a good hour, just know I will not be eating it again.

That is one think my stomach will do now is tell me when I’m full and whoop my a** went I eat the wrong thing. I’m back on my regular schedule program.

Day 13 might get post later today or tomorrow

Remember keep fighting as long as you can get back up you can continue to fight
