GOKOKU BAKERY - bread review! ⭐️

gokoku bakery is a family-owned, small bakery-type franchise that has been offering a wide range of japanese pastries, like teriyaki, dango, and mochi bread! gokoku bakery is one of my fav fav affordable bakeries in SG! <3 here's a short review of some new breads i've tried —

1. goro potato ham and cheese - 9/10 🍞

packed with lots of fillings and flavour

2. matcha langue de chat - 6/10 🍵

it kinda sticks to your teeth and i couldn't rly taste the white choc

i'll try air frying it next time, think it'll taste way better!

3. mochi mochi couverture chocolate - 7/10 🍫

rly not bad, interesting choco flavour! with small bits of choco in the bun

4. mochi mochi cheese - 7.5/10 🧀

filleddd with cheese chunks in the middle but sadly it wasn't spread out throughout the bun

rly chewy bread too

5. cheesecake croissant - 7/10 🥐

also another one which would be better air fried, nothing surprising either, just cheesecake + croissant!
