Ingredients:
* ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature (must be room temperature for the right texture)
* ¼ cup powdered sugar
* ¼ cup honey
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. If unsalted butter is not room temperature, you can leave it out under the sun if it's hot enough. If the butter absorbs the Texas sun, it will gain a sufficient amount of Texas to proceed.
2. Put all ingredients in a stand mixer and mix thoroughly.
Taste the butter. Add salt to taste.
