🦷 My Essential Braces Care Kits

Oral hygiene is pretty important when wearing braces for a perfect smile 😃

Let’s check it out my essential braces care kits after my 1 year & 9 months of braces journey!

Here are my daily routine after wearing braces:

1. Use Water Flosser to remove the food residue

🦷 This is my best friend !!!😍

Water flossing is very effective on removing those food residue that stuck in the gaps between teeth with gums & brackets!

2. Use Interdental Brush to remove the remaining food residue

🦷 L Shape interdental brush is very useful to remove the bigger sizes of food residue (especially vegetables) which hard to clean by water floss and from hard to reach places

3. Use Electric Toothbrush to brush teeth

🦷 Personally prefer to use electric toothbrush as the vibrations with proper brushing technique is able to provide deeper clean. Don’t worry, your brackets won’t drop unless your bracket really not stick well on your tooth. Currently, I‘m using Zenyum Sonic Electric Toothbrush 🪥

4. Use Mouthwash

🦷 I always end my braces care routine with mouthwash as it can provide overall oral cleaning!
