They even let you choose the doneness of the noodles (soft, hard etc.) & the thickness of the broth

I went for the rich broth because why not right? And honestly really good bowl of chicken soup 😭

Always a lil scared of tonkotsu type broths because the flavour of pork can be a bit overwhelming but this is a really great alternative!! A bowl with a huge chicken leg & the meatballs were so flavourful 🤩

Free flow hard boiled eggs - u can even make your own egg mayo 🙊
