Second time trying pilates this time round I decided to try out STRONG PILATES at One Holland Village

Have read online previously that Strong Pilates is different from the usual kind of pilates as it combines high-energy cardio with traditional Pilates exercises for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling sculpted and sweaty.
💪Attended the beginners lesson which started off with a 15mins intro to the equipments followed by 30mins of workout
Overall a pleasant experience it was slightly different from other pilates' lessons that I've attended as there was a mix of cardio (bike or rower) and strength training (rowformer)
Personally I tried the rowformer as I had a bad experience with spin bike (you can read about that here )
For my first experience honestly I didn't felt that the session was as effective as alot of time and energy were wasted while trying to transition from the pilates reformer to the rowing machine and back again (perhaps it's our first time so we were all a bit slower while changing equipment). After this session, I think I would still rather keep my cardio and pilates workout separate rather than combine them into a single session.
🧘♀️Instructor was friendly and went around to help correct our forms as well.
🚿Studio was clean and neat, basic shower amenities and towels were provided too. I like how they also provided a cool ice towel for each of us after the session ended.
