For apple users:

1. Turn on your “live” while taking photos.

2. Remember not to move too much while taking the pics!

3. Head to photo gallery.

4. Click on the “long exposure” option.

5. And that’s all!

For android/ apple users:

1. You may download the “Snapseed” app.

2. Go to Tools > Double exposure.

3. Select the same picture.

4. Adjust and move the picture to your liking!

p.s. sometimes after getting the blurry effect, it won’t be enough, so you’ll still have to retouch the pictures.

p.s.s. Picsart also has a similar effect but you’ll have to pay for the premium features. 😀
