Sweet potato roll// 12

Sweet potato bread with goji apple butter. This is the best bun I’ve had. So so so good. Fragrant and fluffy with slightly hard crust. The goji apple butter was equally good. The apple scent gave a refreshing flavour and compliments the bun well. 🍎

Smoked siakap pate// 18

Smoked artisanal sourdough was the highlight to me hehe. Crunchy edges and chewy sourdough. The homemade jam was an added sweet element to the sugarcane smoked siakap. 🍞

Tagliatelle pork ragu// 28

Fresh pasta with tender pork ragu, the tomato was fresh and sour too. 🍅

Chicken// 26

65 degree sous vide chicken leg with truffle jam. The layered potato cake was the star of the show tho the layered was crispy at every layer. Best way to eat carbs.
