Swiss roll but made it savoury! Found this chicken floss roll while buying bread at Moonlight Cake House. As a chicken floss lover, I know I have to give it a try!

Chicken Floss Roll (RM15.90/roll). It was a sweet & savoury combination! The roll was rolled with mayonnaise & chicken floss, then finished up with coated chicken floss. The egg roll was soft & fluffy. With the sweetness, saltiness from the chicken floss & slightly tang from the mayonnaise. Surprisingly delicious!

I would say this chicken floss roll was delicious & I would highly recommend it! If you are a chicken floss lover like me, you should definitely give it a try! A perfect one for breakfast & tea~
