✨getting up early! I feel when i get up early I am way more productive and feel more motivated.
✨eating 3 meals a day. when i forget meals i tend to snack more or just eat whatever i can get my hands on the feel like 👎🏻 about it. eating well balanced meals makes me feel so good!
✨reading an hour a day. i LOVE reading and want to prioritize it more instead of watching tv or being on my phone when i have down time.
✨being more active. I feel SO much better when i’m active throughout the day vs when i’m not so i want to make this more of a priority
✨getting 8+ hours of sleep. I tend to go to bed later and wake up early for work and i want to change this. i’m TIRED of waking up TIRED.
