Amazing Crawfish Rotel Dip!! 🧀🔥

This Crawfish Rotel dip is perfect for any party, occasion or event. With football season approaching this is sure to be a HIT!!

Crawfish Rotel Dip:

16oz Velvetta cheese

16oz cream cheese

1 small bag chopped spinach

1 large can Rotel

1lb ground beef

Tony Cacheres No Salt

Lemon pepper season

Spicy Dan-o’s

1-2lbs crawfish tails

Garlic & herb butter

Old Bay season

Cayenne pepper(optional)

Chives(optional)

For easy clean use a Crock Pot liner and set Crock Pot on high.

Dice Velvetta and cream cheese. Add to Crock Pot. Then add in chopped spinach and Rotel.

Brown ground beef and season with Tony’s, lemon pepper and spicy Dan-o’s. Drain grease and then add meat to Crock Pot.

Next warm up 1-2 lbs of crawfish tails. Adding in garlic & herb butter and Old Bay. Let simmer for approx 5mins. Do not drain crawfish tails just add directly to Crock Pot.

Set Crock Pot for 2hrs and stir occasionally.

When done serve dip over Doritos or tortilla chips and enjoy!
