Breakfast: Greek yogurt, scrambled oats, blueberries, jam, bee pollen, flaxseed, and nut butter (measured from the heart)
Snack: Grab the Gold Protein Bar
Lunch: Dave’s killer bun, chicken breast, Swiss cheese, arugula, sweet potato, and butter roasted Brocoli
Snack 2: homemade granola, fluffy yogurt, Oreo peanut butter
Dinner: Blackened Mahi, Pienapple Salsa, Roasted Sweet potato, roasted asparagus
Desert: high protein chocolate Ninja Creami with Kit Kats, peanut butter, and Oreos mixed in :))
