👉 Canva: first i wanted to mention the holy grail to most social media managers. 🫶🏼

canva is perfect for any social media manager who’s not officially a graphic designer. very simple tools and templates for beginners.

i couldn’t tell you how many times my mind would go blank when trying to create a graphic and the templates they have gave me a boost of inspiration.

although the app does offer a free option, there of course are some limitations to the tools you can use.

⭐️Overall rating: 4.5/5: definitely great, but could use some improvements - wish it can eventually add more tools like adobe!

👉 Monday: offers a perfect template for organizing all content in one place! easily put your images/videos, captions, dates, posting times, comments, and content status’ for approval.

I’ve used other methods like using Google docs but Monday seriously makes everything so much easier and organized!

⭐️Overall rating: 5/5: perfect app for project management! very user-friendly, and great tools for any project and easily add teammates / clients onto each project.

👉 Later: so helpful for saving some time in your day posting content! later allows you to schedule content ahead of time and do automatic posting for you.

For Instagram specifically, it also allows you to see the feed aesthetic by content scheduled and re-arrange accordingly.

Later is compatible with social media platforms such as: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

⭐️Overall rating: 3.5/5: although the app is great, i do think there could be some improvements! I’ve experienced some errors/posts getting posted accidentally, posts not getting posted automatically. so it can definitely vary but i would say it okay for the price and what it offers!

another thing if you are a social media manager planning to use the app: (freelancers specifically) the apps price can add up if you have several clients on different platforms. having to add more accounts costs extra so just watch out for that!
