Easy Cafe Style Matcha Latte in Three Steps! 🍵

If you’re a big fan of matcha latte but feel that buying from cafes can be rather pricey, you’ve come to the right place! Today I will be sharing how you can make cafe style matcha latte at home or even in the office, in just three easy steps! 🍡

🍵 What you’ll need:

- Shaker bottle (I’m using a really cute one I got from Kyoto, but you can also use this glass bottle from Naoki Matcha’s shopee store - https://shp.ee/857nh4a )

- Your favourite matcha powder

- Matcha scoop

- Room temperature water

- Your milk of choice (regular, oat, soy etc)

- Ice cubes (optional)

- Sweetener of choice like honey (optional)

🍵 Steps:

1. Scoop your favourite matcha powder and add it into the shaker bottle. I usually do 1.5 to 2 teaspoons of matcha powder, but you can adjust this to your taste.

2. Add room temperature water into the shaker bottle, cover it tightly and shake well until there are no lumps. If you choose to add any sweetener, add it to the mixture and shake well again to mix everything together.

3. If you’re using the glass bottle I linked above, you can add your warm or cold milk (+ ice cubes) directly into the bottle. For me, I added my cold oat milk and ice into a separate glass, followed by the matcha mixture - it looks very aesthetic when you serve if like that!
