Some hacks i currently working are:

Try Using Your Non-Dominant Hand: Engaging in daily activities with your non-dominant hand, such as eating or brushing your teeth, can present a brain-boosting challenge that stimulates neuroplasticity. For instance, as a right-handed person I have noticed that after incorporating just 10 minutes of left-handed eating into your routine for three weeks, I'm eating more efficiently without spilling food, ultimately enhancing my overall dining experience with my left hand.

Challenge Your Senses: Explore your senses by trying new foods, smelling different scents, and listening to various types of music or sounds.

Learn Something New: Engage in activities that require you to learn a new skill or hobby. It could be playing a musical instrument, learning a new language, or picking up a new sport.

Embrace Failure: Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Learning from failures can strengthen neural connections and improve problem-solving skills.
