Habits are the foundation to our days and our days are the foundation to our months. To make a great year, it comes from the habits we do on the daily. Again and again, day after day, these habits are what help us grow.

We all have different habits so its important to take the time to tune into what you need, and then set the appropriate habits you want to be doing daily to get you to where you want to be.

Let mine be examples, but remember your habits are no one else’s but yours!

Hydration

β€” so important to get that water in!

Waking up early

β€” my body and brain function best in the morning so keeping up with my habit of a 10pm latest bedtime will come in handy

Reading and learning

β€” 10 pages a day and a book every month is what I plan to continue doing!

Exploring and travelling

β€” I am so lucky to live in an area where travelling is so easy. There are so many amazing destinations within 2 hours away from me by plane. More of this in 2024

Meditating and breath work

β€” my grounding and safe space. So much clarity and space comes when you clear yourself from distraction and tune into the silence.

Going outside to move + daily walks

β€” nature cures so much, such a gift to have!

Teaching

β€” finding my voice and passion in teaching is something I wish to continue in 2024. Whether that be 1-1, group classes, or events, im so so so excited to continue bringing you classes in the styles that im so passionate in

Taking courses and workshops

β€” I’m only a better teacher if I keep learning from others around me and immersing myself in what they have to offer!

Working on my practice + Moving my body intuitively

β€” instead of forcing, why not listen to your body’s cues and move in a way that actually serves and benefits you? So many styles of movement I like to engage in from walking to fitness, pilates to yoga
