Its zee ✨酸辣拌(hot&sour dry dressing)✨

They serve it with the paste on top so you needa mix it up yourself 😗

I find that even after mixing, there’s still flavour to the dish👌👌 You can’t choose the spicy level but it’s about a 小辣-low 中辣 for me (personal opinion) 🤪 the spicy kinda kicks in after
