🍜 Signature Hararu Cream Ramen

The broth was rich and creamy, though the noodles were a bit soft for my taste. When mixed with the egg yolk 🥚, the flavor became even richer – almost like a Japanese carbonara! With green onions and seaweed, the combination was spot on.

🍜 Hararu Ebi 🦐 Ramen

The shrimp flavor really stood out, but the broth 🥣 wasn’t as thick as I’d hoped. The fried shrimp was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, totally satisfying.

🍗 Chicken Karaage

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired with their homemade mayo – impossible to stop eating!
