2 Pounds!?

I gained weight on Zepbound!

Yes I did, while on vacation I gained 2lbs.

I started at 160 and I woke up this morning at 162.

Honestly, I’m not mad about it because I didn’t do anything wrong other than being late on my last shot. I’ve been taking my shots every 10 days apart rather than 7 because I was losing weight too fast. I think this is an indicator that I should be spacing them somewhere between 7-9 days apart. 10 days or 11 in the latest shots case seems to be too much. I also don’t necessarily think that it’s fat, I think it’s inflammation. I can see that I’m looking a little bigger but it seems like bloat to me.

So I took my shot this morning. I’m drinking my water getting my protein and we will see how I look, feel and how much I weigh in tomorrow. I do think I’ll be decreasing the time between shots though to 8/9 days instead now. #weightlossshots #zepbound #weightlosstransformation #ozempic
