American Inspired Breakfast - Coffee Don, Takayama

Dango (it was grilled and salty, pretty unique taste)- Sanmachi Suji

Usagi Matcha Tiramisu (rly hands down the best matcha dessert I’ve ever had) - Sabou Usagi

Takayama Ramen (def not the kind of ramen you’ve tried) - Jingoro Ramen Yasukawa Restaurant

Taiyaki (cute and tiny, nothing fancy but an interesting snack) - @Miyagawa Morning Markets

Hida Beef Sushi (hands down best beef, better than Kobe imo) - Hida Premium Beef Sushi

Hoba Miso (breakfast at Ryokan and there was ofc more food but this was the local delight, beef cooked with magnolia leaf) - 飛騨高山旅館 いろり宿 飛騨屋 ryokan hidatakayama

Omakse (best sushi my mom and I ever had!!!)- Matsuki Sushi
