Apple Pie Cupcakes

Ingredients for cupcakes:

*makes 12 cupcakes

-2 cups cake flour

-1 3/4 tsp baking powder

-1/4 tsp salt

-2 eggs

-1/2 cup unsalted butter

-2 tbsp vegetable oil

-1/2 cup granulated sugar(3/4 cup if you prefer a sweeter taste)

-1/4 cup brown sugar

-1/4 tsp cinnamon

-1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

-1 cup milk

-bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 23-25 min

Ingredients for apple filing:

-2 medium apples peeled and cut into small cubes

-2 tbsp light brown sugar

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 tsp cornstarch

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1/4 tsp grounded nutmeg

-1/2 tsp ground cloves

Ingredients for frosting:

-1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temp

-2 cups powdered sugar

-1 tsp cinnamon

-3 tsp milk

-2 tsp vanilla extract
