Microdosing made me quit my old life

So I decided to try Microdosing mushrooms 🍄 to help with my mental health! Not only did it immensely help with my anxiety and depression but it also helped me realize how unhappy I was in my current life.

I have a successful massage therapy business, I am in a long term 7 year relationship, and I am financially stable. With everything going “right” in my life I thought to myself why am I still depressed?

Welp, when I got started on my first 3 month protocol it brought up emotions I was heavily suppressing and it made me realize I had to take action to be able to change my world

I created a YouTube channel for my Microdosing experience to provide a community where we can feel safe to talk about our journey. Also being Latina, I want to help other Latinos find the right medicine to help with their mental health. If my Mexican mother found out I was taking shrooms for my mental health she would definitely think Que estoy loca 😂
