what i ate at Alkove Bistro @ Kovan 🔥

hi everyone! i just went to eat at alkove bistro at kovan and here are my honest opinions on the environment, vibes & dishes we got!! 😛

• Environment

— staff was pretty friendly, the vibes were bright and cozy! definitely a good place to stay and yap all day long 😌

• Food

— Wild Mushroom Pasta 🍝

⭐️⭐️⭐️ /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐:

my friend got this, this was good!! the mushroom was the MAIN character. 😋 the pasta was okay but eventually it got a little jelak :( but overall a safe choice and it was really creamy!

— Angus Beef Onglet Fries 🥩

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐:

for the doneness, we opted for Medium Rare. the BEEF was AMAZING!! 😋 it was soft & not hard to chew on at all. the sauce was great & complimented the beef! the fries were pretty good as well as it was not too oily!!

i got this as a main, they gave LOADSSS of cheese hehe 😋 it came with ham, an egg, sourdough as well. loved this as i felt full and not over full.

— Toasted Sourdough 🍞

this was a great starter, the sourdough was extremely soft & crispy! the butter tasted amazing w the bread 😌 definitely recommended this.

• Overall

overall, the food here was pretty bombz! i would definitely go back and try the other food there. 🤩 + they had interesting drinks & bakes there for you to check out too!
