To be honest this is crushing. Not only because I’ve been a One Direction fan since I was a kid, and not only because he was only 31, but also because the way we lost him is the way so, so, too many men go. I don’t even want to type it here, but it is an epidemic for our men & boys and it just breaks my heart. I hate that it keeps happening. I hate that it happened to someone so young that has meant so much to so many for so long 💔

My little-directioner-heart goes out to all those that knew and loved him, but also to all those who never knew him and also loved him. Your grief is valid & it’s okay to be sad about someone you don’t know. Your feelings are lessons about who you are, they are messengers, listen to them and nobody else ❤️
