Heels to Heal hehe👠

I’ve always loved dancing and I was on my high school’s dance team but didn’t continue in college. I felt like it was always too late for me to start doing it again.

6 years later in 2022 after graduating high school since the last time I really danced, my 2 friends who have been taking heels classes for awhile then took me to my first heels class as a way to get me back and to help me feel more confident in myself. I’ve learned how positive and empowering these classes are with building you self confidence and being more accepting of your body which is really want I needed.

Since then, each heels class I’ve taken has always put me in a better mood and it’s gradually helped me love myself. I usually hate being recorded but this was the first professionally recorded video I have and I really wanted to get better and recording my progress. I can still see how hesitant and unconfident I am, but that’s in a work in progress!!
