🌐 Guide to Apply for PTPTN Exemption!

Hey everyone! I know many of you have been facing challenges with the PTPTN platform updates while trying to apply for a loan exemption recently. I've been there too. Just a few minutes ago, after hours of persistence, I finally completed the process of submitting all my documents.

Here’s a reminder: make sure to use the desktop version of the MYPTPTN platform for this.

How to find the exemption application page:

(1) After logging in, click on the "Service" tab.

(2) Select "Loan Repayment."

(3) Choose "First Class Bachelor's Degree Refund Exemption Application."

Always remember that:

✅ The application is in BM , so open a Google Translate page in your browser if needed for translation.

✅ Have your parents’ employment and salary details ready.

✅ Prepare certified documents from your school, such as the graduation letter, MQA certification letter, and academic transcripts (consult your university’s PTPTN department for these documents).

Once you complete all the steps, you’ll receive an email from PTPTN. As for how long it takes to get the exemption result, that depends on the PTPTN authorities.
