☕️ Bar Pisellino is a small Italian cafe/coffeeshop/bar in NYC. During the day, it’s one of my favorite places to grab a cappuccino ($5). They serve your coffee on a silver platter which feels so special.

🇮🇹 Even though it’s a fairly new cafe, the warm wood interior, marble bar, and bench seating have a real Old-World elegance. It feels like you’re sitting in a sophisticated cafe in Rome or Florence, Italy.

🥐 Bar Pisellino does not have an extensive food menu. But you can usually order a pastry (like a cornetto for $5, which is an Italian croissant) or small sandwiches from their display case.

🍹 Later in the day, you can order Italian aperitivi (cocktails) like Aperol Spritzes and Negronis. There’s also outdoor seating which is great for people watching with a drink in hand

⭐️ Overall rating: 5/5. I love coming to Bar Pisellino on a weekday afternoon when it’s quiet to read a book with a perfectly frothed cappuccino.
