finally tried personal training!

I had their 1:1 private trial session 🫰🏻 I used to attend group classes, where the instructor had to look after many people and couldn't give individual attention.

After the personal training session, I realized my pelvis is tilted because I often sit with my legs crossed 🥹🥹 The instructor tailored the stretches and exercises to my body condition. Overall, it was great! The instructor focused entirely on me and could give immediate feedback 🧘🏻‍♀️💗
