Acne Help???

AHHH i’ve been dealing with cystic acne for like 6-7 months now i’ve ran out of idea of what to do at this point, i’ve tried everything, i’ve even went to the dermatologist, any advice is deeply appreciated

current skincare routine

•eucerin hydrating cleanser

• tretinoin 0.025%

• dermisa skin fade cream (occasionally)

• astringent

• good molecules daily moisturizer

•nivea cream ( blue tin )
