Happy fall baking day!! My friends and I decided since it’s the first day of fall we should have a baking day. We decided to make pumpkin cake balls. They were so delicious!

First We followed the recipe on the back of the cake mix box.

ALL YOU NEED:

1/2 CUP OIL

3 EGGS

1 CUP WATER

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. SET oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray or shortening and a flour dusting.

2. BEAT cake mix, water, oil and eggs in bowl with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan(s).

* we added pumpkin spice chips into the batter*

3. BAKE at 350°F. Follow the bake times below. When toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, cake is done. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan. Cool cake completely before frosting. Store loosely covered.

After we baked the cake in the oven we waited for it to cool. After it cooled we broke the cake into many pieces. We warmed the frosting in the microwave and then poured a lil bit into the smooshed up cake. Then we mixed it all together and rolled the cake into little balls. Then we placed all the balls on a pan and drizzled the remaining frosting over them. Put them in the fridge for a few hours and then enjoy!!
