As an NICU RN who works night shift, I try to keep my snacks clean & my bloating down.
1.) Jackson’s Sweet Potato Chips ~ ingredients: coconut oil or avocado oil, sweet potatoes, salt. That’s it.
2.) Boulder Canyon Avocado Oil Chips ~ I LOVE a good Ruffle, & these are the perfect healthy alternative. Just like Jackson’s, only ingredients are potatoes, avocado oil & salt.
3.) Chomps ~ such a good, quick source of clean protein. Love that these are grass-fed & FINISHED. Seat Salt Beef is the best, IMO 🌊🧂🥩
4.) Lesser Evil Popcorn ~ specifically pink Himalayan. Ingredients: organic non-gmo popcorn, organic extra virgin coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt. Add a few crumbles of of Hu chocolate bar & my sweet/salty craving is curbed ✨
5.) Olipop ~ replaced my 3AM energy drink & I don’t miss it in the slightest. Tons of fiber & clean ingredients keeps my taste buds & gut lining happy.
