Trying the new Pokémon sleep tracker app 😴

Last week my boyfriend and I tried the new Pokemon sleep app. Although we are pretty good at going to bed around the same time every night, we both loved Pokemon since we were kids so we were curious what this app would be like!

• Have to have the phone on your bed

• Because of the game feature, using the app is a little more involved than just having a sleep tracker

Overall a fun app, and especially great if you love Pokemon and are excited and incentivized by that aspect. If you just want a basic sleep tracker app there are probably other options that would be less involved and more simple!
