The most delicious and creamy vegan Fettuccine Alfredo 🍝

⬇️Ingredients ⬇️

1 can evaporated oat milk

2 tbs vegan butter

2 tbs corn starch

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package fettuccine pasta

1 bunch asparagus

1 bunch parsley chopped

⬇️Instructions⬇️

1. Lets make the sauce: in the saucepan pour evaporated oat milk, vegan butter, corn starch, salt and pepper.

2. Cook on low while continuously stirring until it starts to boil. Then turn off the stove and stir until it is all thick and smooth.

3. Cut asparagus and sauté on the fraying pan.

4. Boil your pasta.

5. Once pasta is ready, combine it all together and enjoy!
