BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST RECIPE

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

4 slices brioche bread – Do not miss lightly toasting the bread. It will keep the bread from falling apart and being soggy.

3 large eggs – Help keep the bread together and allow it to “toast”.

½ cup milk or heavy cream – Used to mix the ingredients together.

¼ teaspoon kosher salt – Balance out the sweet flavor.

Butter – make the bread crispy on the outside.

Fruits to garnish optional

Syrup

2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients. Dip the bread into the egg mixture, then add it to the buttered skillet.

Cook until golden brown on both sides. Place in the oven at 200 degrees to keep warm while you finish the other slices. Serve with your favorite syrup and fruits.
