I've been teaching charcuterie boards for a couple of years, and here are a couple of my favorites !

I shop at a variety of stores and local markets. Some of my favorites outside of local farms include Wegmans, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, and Harris Teeter. If on a budget you'll also find some good items with Lidl and Aldi. Charcuterie Tips

1️⃣If prepping in advance keep your crackers separate to prevent them from going soft or stale.

2️⃣ Choose a balance of sweet and savory to offset your palette

3️⃣ Try a variety of colors

4️⃣ Fresh Fruit is always a nice choice when you have access to it

5️⃣ Combine hard and soft cheese options
