What are we Doing for Birth control??

What are y’all doing?? I have stopped taking my birth control after 3years. I’ve resorted to condoms but all it takes is one too many drinks and I’m afraid that’ll go out the window. I gained 30lbs on birth control and was constantly feeling bloated and disgusting. I hear pros and cons of everything but I don’t trust doctors because they aren’t the ones actually taking these things. What do y’all think I should do??
