We chose to stay 40mins from Kyoto 🫢

My fiancé’s must-have when visiting Japan is soaking in an onsen but we know how expensive ryokans can get 💸

Our Kyoto accommodation was much more affordable compared to others out there and the experience was 10/10

The only con was that it’s located 40mins away from Kyoto city by train and the hotel is not directly accessible from the station (20mins walk). We missed the last bus because it runs till 8pm and we were busy exploring the city 🫣 but!!! We still had a romantic stroll back to the hotel

If you’re looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto city, JUST GO 💖
