If Ban Mian and Potato Noodles had a baby???

It’s my first time seeing knife noodles being shaved irl and dayummm, the texture is insane 🤯 It is so chewy yet easy to bite into, I don’t know how to explain this. I left it out for an hour and it still tastes so shiok. Even the cutlet still taste amaze balls.

Added to my cheat day meal rotation because it completely hits the spot 🤤
