Come With Me: Dinner @ Beauty and Essex

Beauty and Essex is one of the vibiest dinner spots in the Lower East Side. When you first walk in, you enter what looks like an old fashioned pawn shop featuring glass cases of jewelry and accessories you can really buy. Walk past the cases through the door and suddenly you're inside a gorgeous restaurant complete with giant chandeliers, a spiral staircase, skylight ceilings, and a nightclub upstairs.

I've been to Beauty and Essex for both brunch and dinner and their food does not disappoint. For dinner, my absolute favorite was the kale apple salad! I also loved the fried shrimp and grilled cheese dumplings–they're served on a spoon with tomato soup and look so cute.

When it came to an outfit I knew I wanted to wear something all black to complement the colors in their bathroom which is actually a really great spot to have a little photoshoot. Its so big in there, and there's even a couch in the corner you can pose on!

This outfit is actually super comfy while also staying stylish and trendy. I paired this knit black dress from Another Love with a sleek leather blazer from Zara and accessorized minimally with a pair of kitten heels and sunglasses.
