Hii everyone! Starting from today to day-15, i’m going to share my progress in living healthier life, both physically & mentally. I’m also going to share tips i use to succeed in this journey for you all🤍

🚫LIMIT CONSUMING JUNK FOOD🙅🏻‍♀️

Junk food is HIGH IN CALORIE from SUGAR & FAT with very little important forms of nutritional value.

So, instead of junk food, consume food thats nutritious & easy for your body to digest.

For instance : fresly baked pastries, homecooked food, etc✨

CHOOSE LOW CALORIE OPTION if there’s any!

Switch from White Rice to Red Rice. Not only it contains more nutrients, it can also helps you loss weight.

Balanced diet that contains green veggies & protein is also as important🤩
